Property Code # G-4554 Our beautiful villa is built on a premium conservation lot located in Calabay Parc, a superior development close to Orlando's main attractions and is fully furnished, air conditioned and equipped to a high standard. We have four bedrooms, two double masters, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed (both have en-suite bathrooms) and two twin bedded rooms sharing a third bathroom. There is a large comfortable family room and a fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen and separate dining area with large bay window. Full laundry facilities are available in a utility room and all cutlery, crockery, bed-linen, towels, etc are provided. The large two car garage has been converted into a games room and equipped with an 8ft x 4ft pool table, table tennis table, an exercise bike and a CD stereo with radio. Password Protected Wireless broadband is available throughout the property and on the pool deck (in case you need to work and sunbathe). Cable TV is installed in the family room and in each of the four bedrooms. A DVD Player and a VCR are available and a large 51" TV is installed in the family room. A PS2 (which includes a DVD Player) is installed in bedroom 4. The TV unit in bedroom 3 also includes a number of electronic games (Sonic etc.) along with a controller. A selection of DVD's, Videos and PS2 Games are available for your use. A hair dryer is provided together with telephones with free local calls. The screened private pool (28ft. by 14ft.) looks onto a pine forest and has a covered lanai and extended sun deck with a range of luxury pool furniture and a gas barbecue. The sun deck faces South West and receives direct sunlight from early morning until sundown. The pool can be heated if required, but this would normally only be between November and March. The villa meets all fire and safety regulations and we have a friendly and helpful management company who are available 24 hours a day should the need arise. We have installed a high tech security entry system which means there is no need to call at our management company to collect the keys for the villa. A security alarm and safe are also available to protect your valuables. Should you require assistance travelling to the villa our management company can collect you from either Orlando International or Sanford airports. Our management company can also deliver additional groceries etc. to the villa prior to your arrival. Should you require these additional services please ask about the costs involved when booking. Calabay Parc is within 10 to 15 minutes of Walt Disney World and many other major Orlando attractions, including Sea World and Universal Studios. It is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from the Kennedy Space Centre and within easy traveling distance of both the West and East Coasts with their miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Calabay Parc is also within a few minutes of a number of championship golf courses and some superb restaurants and fast food outlets.
