Four corners has a community pool, a Cabana with changing rooms an exercise area, basketball court, picnic area and childrens play area with swings. It is in easy reach of all major attractions Universal Studio's, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, Wet N Wild and Gator Land and several other Water Parks. Location There are several PGA Golf courses nearby Highlands Reserve is a few minutes away, Champions Gate designed by the famous Greg Norman, Orange County and Southern Dunes are within 10 minutes away. There is a wealth of shops and restaurants within a short distance from the villa and the 'Berry Town Centre' with Publix supermarket, chinese take-a-way, Pizza shop, Wine store, Fish & Chip shop. There is now included two banks, a Quizno's subs, an Indian take-away, Bistro Bistro, wine bar and an excellent Applebee's restaurant. In the other direction just 2 miles away Cracker Barrel a great favourite with all the family with it's unique shop, Perkins Bakery, Burger King, Pizza International, KFC, Manny's Chop house and many others. In fact you can't fail to find something to suit everybody. They say "variety is the spice of life" then your next stop after the parks, shopping and Golf has to be the Awesome Kennedy Space Centre and famous Cocoa beach is just an hours drive away, you might be lucky enough to experience the thrill of seeing a real launch. The white sugar sand beaches of the Gulf coast a 2 hour drive. Where you can relax and soak up the Floridian sun, or watch the beautiful Sunsets over the Ocean. Discription This is my own private vacation home and I hope that the guests that decide to share it with me get that same " WOW " factor that I get when they walk though the door. The property has monitored security/ fire alarm as well as smoke detectors and fire extinguisher, air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. There is a digital keyless entry allowing you to go straight to my home without having to stop off to pick up keys from another location. Also waiting for you is a complimentory welcome grocery pack containing Tea, Coffee, sugar, fresh milk, juice and cookies as well as cereal and a few other things so that you don't have to go straight out shopping after your long journey. Living area The spacious Family room is personally furnished to a very high standard with cable TV/DVD/CDand Playstaion 2, Cordless telephone with answer-phone and a FREE phone card is provided for you to call home and tell everybody what a great villa you are staying at ! We have now added Free Broadband wireless internet access so just bring your laptop and you will be able to surf by the pool. There is a formal dining area that will seat 6 people overlooking the extended deck and fabulous pool. Kitchen The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances, Fridge freezer, Ice maker, cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich toaster, breadmaker and all utensils, crockery ( including baby crockery ) and cutlery. There is even a cool box and fold up sunbeds for you to take to the beach. There is also a digital safe for your use. Bedrooms There are 3 bedrooms, the Master which is beautifully furnished and has a queen size bed ( this is the same as a UK King size )Cable TV with DVD/CD & Video, cordless telephone, beautiful maple furniture, a huge walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower 'His & Hers ' marble vanity unit with Hollywood style mirrors. The two twin bedrooms the ' Disney ' room with a Disney TV and plenty of those Disney characters and the 'Dolphin' room, also with cable TV, these rooms have twin beds, drawers and plenty of closet space and share a second full bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit, there are hairdryers/ straightners in each of the bathrooms. The laundry room houses a large washing machine and dryer an iron and ironing board. All Quality linens and towels are freshly laundered, including pool/beach towels which are provided for your use. There is also a cool box and fold up sunbeds for your trip to the beach. Pool & Deck area The fully screened south facing spacious deck with maximum privacy has the wonderful Florida sun in it all day. There is a Lanai for your alfresco dining and that spell of shade that is needed sometimes ! with patio table and comfortable chairs. Luxury padded loungers are beside the large 28' x 14' swimming pool and the stunning fibre optic lighting system changing in a rainbow of colours, allowing you to swim under the stars on a warm Floridian evening, this just adds to that already magical feeling. There is a lovely view from the beautiful landscaped garden, you can even pick your own oranges ( seasonal of course ! ) with pretty solar lights surounding the screen. A large Gas Barbeque has been added for guests to enjoy the ultimate in Floridian outdoor living. There are many extra's added like a Playstation 2 with games, a selection of pool toys, CD's and DVD's, board games, books, and puzzles, lego, deck draughts, all to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. For the ' little ' people there is a Crib with Disney bedding, High chair, Strollers, Bottle steriliser, baby monitor & Changing mat available at no extra charge. Please note that for the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside my home. Also, to reassure potential guests who may suffer from allergies, my home has always been a pet free environment.
