Our home built in 2004, is situated on an "up-market" development just off Highway 192, a major thoroughfare packed with restaurants, shops, bars and attractions. Although the home is close to all the amenities and only ten minutes from Disney World, it is situated in a quiet area with around half the properties owned by US citizens and the majority of the others by UK homeowners. The development features in most of the "Executive Class Homes" in the leading holiday brochures.
Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned and will sleep up to 10 people as the lounge sofa converts into a bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Laundry facilities are also installed.
The pool with jacuzzi is south facing and overlooks a lake with a fountain.
The telephone offers unlimited FREE domestic and international phone calls as well as internet access for those who wish to use their laptop.
You will find all of Orlando's main attractions are easily accessible for example Walt Disney World is just 10 minutes drive.
There are also many beautiful public golf courses in the near vicinity e.g. Kissimmee Golf Club is just 4 Miles away.
World-class shopping, restaurants and entertainment are within easy reach.
