BEDROOMS.
Master bedroom has a King sized bed, TV, bathroom ensuite and a walk in closet. Patio doors give immediate access to the pool area.
A 2nd Master bedroom has a quenn bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full bed and the 4th has twin beds. There is a full bathroom between the 3rd aand 4th bedrooms.
A final room is a lounge that has doble sofa bed so the room can be either used as a TV room for the kids or as an extra bedroom.
LOUNGE.
The lounge is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the entertainment center which has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and PS2. Very nicely furnished, you will love to relax in this room.
DINING AREA.
There is a seperate dining room with a 6 seat dining table for more fomal meals.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST NOOK.
The kitchen is fully equiped with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. And of course the cupboards and drawers are full of dishes glasses and cutlery. There is also a breakfast nook area for those early meals.
GAMESROOM.
Check out the gamesroom. A pool table, a ping pong table and a foosball table should keep the youngsters (of any age) happy.
GENERAL.
Of course for your comfort the villa has air conditioning and heating, for the few times you may need it. Also FREE US and some International phone calls (not all countries are covered).
