The screened in swimming pool is South facing and has plenty of room for lounging and sunbathing. A lanai gives plenty ofshade from the sun if you need it. It is fairly private as it has bushes down one side and the back and the third side has a view of a small valley.
BEDROOMS.
Main master bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV, bathroom ensuite and ceiling fan. A door gives easy access to the pool area.
The 2nd master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom ensuite. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms have twin beds and TVs with a full bathroom nearby.
LOUNGE.
The lounge is perfect for relaxing and overlooks the pool and has easy access to it through the patio doors. Three sofas give plenty of seating to watch TV or just listen to music and talk. A ceiling fan offers extra air if needed.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA.
The kitchen is fully equiped with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. And of course the cupboards and drawers are full of dishes glasses and cutlery. There is also an adjoining dining area that comfortably seat 8 people.
GAMESROOM.
Check out the gamesroom that has a pool table, air hocke table and a card table.
GENERAL.
Of course for your comfort the villa has air conditioning and heating, for the few times you may need it.
