Situated in beautiful, tranquil Crescent Lakes.

Large, screened, pool deck with South facing swimming pool and a hot tub. There is a large lanai area to get out of the sun and plenty of loungers and chairs for everyone.
BEDROOMS.
Master bedroom has a King sized bed, TV, bathroom ensuite and a walk in closet. Patio doors give immediate access to the pool area.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and the 4th has twin beds. A good selection for any guests needs. All these bedrooms have TVs and a bathroom close by.
LOUNGE.
The lounge is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the entertainment center which has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and PS2. There is a laptop computer with internet access as well. Very nicely furnished, you will love to relax in this room.
FAMILY ROOM/DINING AREA.
There is another lounge wher you can just relax and talk or read without the noise of a TV to bother you.
Adjoining this lounge is a dining area with a 6 seat dining table for more fomal meals.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST NOOK.
The kitchen is fully equiped with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. And of course the cupboards and drawers are full of dishes glasses and cutlery. There is also a breakfast nook area for those early meals.
GAMESROOM.
Check out the gamesroom. A pool table and ping pong table should help to keep the youngsters (of any age) happy.
GENERAL.
Of course for your comfort the villa has air conditioning and heating, for the few times you may need it.
